We will be happy to verify your insurance coverage for your treatment prior to your first appointment. We will inform you should your insurance plan require a pre-authorization for our services.
As a courtesy to you, we will submit all charges to your insurance company. However, many insurance plans require you to satisfy a deductible, co-insurance, and/or co-pay as part of your coverage.
